The oldest and first hotel in Kochi, Kerala. It was opened some 4 decades ago and still stands strong and proud. This is our second home in Kochi. We have been staying here everytime when we are in Kochi since 2005, more than 20 times. I used to bring group of 10-20 people together with my family members to attend 7 days retreat at Divine Retreat centre Potta, after which we would spend couple of days in other parts of Kochi sightseeing. It was very refreshing after the retreat and sightseeing. Finally we will spend couple of days here. Our stays have been very pleasant and happy. Everything is nearby at walking distance and convenient. The Broadway shopping, The Oven Bakery, the famous cool and serene Marine Drive, facing the famous Fort Kochi where many historical buildings are there, especially the Jewish Synagogue. You can take a boat or drive to this places. Thanks to Udaya Sankar Sankarapillai, Retheesh Thankappan, Liben P. Joy and Roopa Sree, F& B, Housekeeping, doorman Sinu and all the staff for their kind assistance and making our stay a memorabe one. Friendly staff,excellent service, delicious cuisines, especially the breakfast. God willing, we will return next year. God bless you all and your families always we pray.

the photo shown has nothing to do with the hotel. this hotel located in marine drive is one of the oldest hotels in Cochin. lots of nostalgic memories of cochinites are there in this place.the place is famous and ia landmark.

It was a good experience until they refused and wanted 50 Rs for 2 more Tea bags and milk sachets. That is cheap management. Bathrooms are old and not properly maintained. Working staff is friendly but Management is not friendly. Altogether a 2 Star experience.

This hotel is one of the earliest 3 star hotel. Excellent location with banks, shopping complexes just a warning distance. Famous Broad Way is most busted for cheap sales and best buys. The rooms are very spacious and all the families are available. Very friendly staff and management. Good and delicious food at the restaurants. The roof top restaurant is very popular for locals and visitors alike. Special app to the Reserverstions team who made all the special arrangements for us. Thanks to the CEO Mr.Peter, General Manager Mr. Manoj, F & B Manager, Front Office staff for their great hospitality. Not forgetting Bonu the doorman who is the longest serving staff. Over all it was a wonderful and beautiful stay and we enjoyed. This our 20th year patronized. Very convenient for everything.

The Hotel is centrally located on the Marine Drive and you just have to cross the road to access the ferry boats. lots of restaurants near the Hotel and Forex money change nearby- e.g Lulu Forex. Front desk staff very helpful. The infrastructure of the hotel however is quite old and the furniture in the rooms are also quite old. the rooms are spacious though. Decent breakfast served with seasonal fruits.
